Digital press training covers all presses in the Bucher range, excluding Inertys, Maestro and Extraflow. The aim is to optimize the filling and draining phases, and to adapt the programmes to the quality of the harvest and the expected result.

E-learning Filter
Digital wine filtration training is available for Flavy X-Wine models. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the crossflow filtration process, and to learn how to adapt filtration parameters to the profile of the wine to be treated, to ensure a stable and regular filtration cycle.
