Remote assistance contracts
Remote assistance works using the 4G router fitted to compatible Bucher Vaslin equipment.
It enables members of the technical platform to connect to the equipment while viewing the screen, subject to the customer’s prior agreement.
The technician can then observe the process and fault history of the equipment to define the causes and consequences of the malfunction. In some cases, it is possible to troubleshoot the equipment remotely, or to dispatch a field technician directly with the part and the reason for the repair, for greater efficiency.
Remote connection is only possible with written authorisation.
